Getting Started

How long does it take to set up ViViDlyPro?
Most businesses go live in under 1 hour. You create your account, connect your WhatsApp Business number via Meta's official API, type or paste your business information into the Knowledge Base, and switch on the bot. No coding, no technical expertise needed.
Do I need a developer or technical person to set up ViViDlyPro?
No. ViViDlyPro is designed for business owners, not developers. Everything is done through a simple dashboard. If you can use WhatsApp, you can set up ViViDlyPro. Our Help Center has step-by-step guides with screenshots for every action.
What do I need before I can use ViViDlyPro?
You need a Meta (Facebook) Business account, a WhatsApp Business number, and a ViViDlyPro subscription. For Instagram, you need a Meta Business Suite account with your Instagram Business profile connected. We walk you through each step in our setup guide.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our Starter plan is free for the first 14 days with no credit card required. You get access to all Starter features — WhatsApp bot, Knowledge Base, up to 500 conversations/month, and basic analytics. After 14 days, choose a paid plan to continue.

WhatsApp & Instagram

Does ViViDlyPro work with regular WhatsApp or only WhatsApp Business?
ViViDlyPro connects to the official WhatsApp Business API (also called WhatsApp Cloud API). This is a different system from the regular WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Business app on your phone. You need to apply for API access through Meta, which we guide you through during setup. The process typically takes 24–48 hours.
Can ViViDlyPro handle Instagram Direct Messages?
Yes. ViViDlyPro's Professional and Enterprise plans include Instagram DM automation. When a customer messages your Instagram Business profile, the bot responds with the same knowledge base you've built. You can set separate greetings and conversation flows for Instagram vs WhatsApp.
Will the chatbot reply to every single message, or can I filter what it responds to?
By default, the bot responds to all incoming messages. You can configure keyword triggers to limit responses to specific topics, or set handoff rules to forward complex queries to your team. You decide which questions the bot handles and which ones escalate to a human.
What languages does the bot support?
ViViDlyPro supports 38+ languages including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, and English. The bot auto-detects the language your customer writes in and responds in the same language, as long as your knowledge base contains content in that language.

Billing & Plans

How does pricing work? Are there hidden fees?
Pricing is simple and transparent. You pay a flat monthly or annual fee for your chosen plan. There are no per-message charges, no setup fees, and no hidden costs. The price you see on our Pricing page is exactly what you pay. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade instantly from the billing section of your portal. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll never lose data by downgrading — features beyond your new plan tier are simply paused until you upgrade again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express), UPI, net banking, and bank transfers for annual enterprise plans. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We issue GST invoices for all Indian business customers.
Do you offer discounts for startups or NGOs?
Yes! We offer special pricing for early-stage startups (under 2 years old), registered NGOs, educational institutions, and government bodies. Contact us at vividlyapp.in@gmail.com with proof of your organisation type and we'll create a custom plan quote.

Features & AI

What AI model or engine does ViViDlyPro use?
ViViDlyPro uses a proprietary AI engine optimised specifically for business customer support scenarios. It is trained to understand conversational intent, handle follow-up questions, and extract relevant answers from your Knowledge Base with high accuracy.
What is the Knowledge Base and how does it work?
The Knowledge Base is the heart of your chatbot. It stores all the information about your business — products, services, pricing, FAQs, policies, hours, and anything else customers ask about. You can type information manually, paste text, or use our website scraper to automatically import content from your website. The AI uses this knowledge base when forming replies.
Can I see what conversations the bot is having with my customers?
Yes. The Conversations section of your portal shows you every single message — both the customer's question and the bot's reply, in real-time. You can filter by channel (WhatsApp/Instagram), date range, or keyword. You can also manually take over any conversation to reply yourself.
Can I add team members to manage the bot?
Yes. All paid plans include team member seats. You can invite colleagues with different permission levels — Admin (full access), Manager (can edit knowledge base and view analytics), or Support Agent (can view and respond to conversations only). Team member limits depend on your plan.

Security & Privacy

Is customer data stored securely?
All data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is controlled at the collection level with strict Firestore security rules. We do not share, sell, or use your customer data for any purpose other than delivering the bot service to you.
Is ViViDlyPro compliant with Indian data protection laws?
Yes. We comply with the Information Technology Act 2000, IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. For international customers, we also maintain GDPR compliance. Our legal suite (accessible at /legal) covers all compliance documentation.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You retain access to your portal data for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export all conversation history, knowledge base content, and analytics reports. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers. We never hold your data hostage.

Team & Account

Can I use one ViViDlyPro account for multiple businesses?
Each ViViDlyPro account manages one WhatsApp Business number and one Instagram Business profile. If you own multiple businesses, you'll need separate accounts for each. Contact us for multi-organisation pricing discounts.
What happens if the bot gives a wrong answer to a customer?
The bot draws answers only from your Knowledge Base. If the Knowledge Base doesn't have information on a topic, the bot will politely tell the customer it doesn't have that information and offer to connect them with your team. Regularly updating your Knowledge Base ensures the bot always gives accurate, up-to-date answers.
How do I get support if I have an issue?
All plans include email support at vividlyapp.in@gmail.com with a 24-hour response time. Professional plans include phone support at +91 888 188 7741 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM IST).
