Account Settings & Preferences

Update your profile, change your password, configure notifications, and manage account preferences.

Account Settings

Updating Your Profile

Go to Settings → Profile:

  • Change your display name
  • Update your business name
  • Upload a business logo (shown in portal and reports)
  • Update your phone number (for support communications)

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Settings → Security → Change Password.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter and confirm your new password (minimum 8 characters, must include a number and special character).
  4. Click Save.

We also recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from the same section.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  1. Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
  3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
  4. Save your backup recovery codes in a safe place.

Email Notifications

In Settings → Notifications, choose what emails you receive:

  • Daily analytics summary
  • Weekly performance report
  • Alerts when bot escalates a conversation
  • Billing and invoice notifications
  • Product updates and announcements

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent. To delete:

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  2. Type DELETE to confirm.
  3. Click Permanently Delete.

All data will be removed within 30 days. Export your conversation history and Knowledge Base before deleting.
