Account Settings
Updating Your Profile
Go to Settings → Profile:
- Change your display name
- Update your business name
- Upload a business logo (shown in portal and reports)
- Update your phone number (for support communications)
Changing Your Password
- Go to Settings → Security → Change Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password (minimum 8 characters, must include a number and special character).
- Click Save.
We also recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from the same section.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
- Save your backup recovery codes in a safe place.
Email Notifications
In Settings → Notifications, choose what emails you receive:
- Daily analytics summary
- Weekly performance report
- Alerts when bot escalates a conversation
- Billing and invoice notifications
- Product updates and announcements
Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent. To delete:
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- Click Permanently Delete.
All data will be removed within 30 days. Export your conversation history and Knowledge Base before deleting.
