Billing & Subscription Guide

Understand your plan, billing cycles, invoices, and how to upgrade or cancel.

Everything you need to know about how payments work in ViViDlyPro.

Your Billing Cycle

  • Monthly plans: Billed on the same date every month (the date you first subscribed).
  • Annual plans: Billed once per year — save 20% compared to monthly.
  • Billing happens automatically via Razorpay from your saved payment method.

Viewing Your Invoices

All invoices are available under Settings → Billing → Invoice History. You can download PDF invoices for your accounting records. GST invoices are automatically generated for Indian businesses.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan.
  2. Select your new plan.
  3. Confirm the upgrade — effective immediately.
  4. You'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan.
  2. Select the lower plan.
  3. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  4. You'll keep all current features until then.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
  2. Confirm cancellation.
  3. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
  4. Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation for export.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, RuPay debit/credit cards
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Net Banking
  • Bank transfer (Enterprise annual plans only)

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of a new subscription if you haven't used the service (0 messages processed). For renewals, no refund is provided once the billing cycle has started. Contact vividlyapp.in@gmail.com for refund requests.
