Billing & Subscription
Everything you need to know about how payments work in ViViDlyPro.
Your Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans: Billed on the same date every month (the date you first subscribed).
- Annual plans: Billed once per year — save 20% compared to monthly.
- Billing happens automatically via Razorpay from your saved payment method.
Viewing Your Invoices
All invoices are available under Settings → Billing → Invoice History. You can download PDF invoices for your accounting records. GST invoices are automatically generated for Indian businesses.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan.
- Select your new plan.
- Confirm the upgrade — effective immediately.
- You'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan.
- Select the lower plan.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You'll keep all current features until then.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm cancellation.
- Access continues until the end of your paid period.
- Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation for export.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Visa, Mastercard, RuPay debit/credit cards
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking
- Bank transfer (Enterprise annual plans only)
Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 7 days of a new subscription if you haven't used the service (0 messages processed). For renewals, no refund is provided once the billing cycle has started. Contact vividlyapp.in@gmail.com for refund requests.
