Coupon Codes & Discounts
Applying a Coupon Code
During sign up or when upgrading a plan:
- On the payment screen, look for "Have a coupon code?"
- Enter your code and click Apply.
- The discount will show in the order summary before payment.
During an Active Subscription
To apply a coupon to your next renewal:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Apply Coupon.
- Enter your code and click Apply.
- The discount applies to your next billing date.
Types of Discounts
- Percentage discount — e.g., LAUNCH30 gives 30% off for 3 months
- Fixed amount — e.g., SAVE500 deducts ₹500 from your first invoice
- Plan upgrade discount — Discounts on specific plans only
- Annual-only discounts — Some coupons work only on annual billing
Referral Discounts
Refer another business to ViViDlyPro using your referral link (found in Settings → Referrals). When they subscribe to a paid plan, both you and your referral get 1 month free on your respective plans.
Terms
- Coupons are one-time use per account unless specified.
- Coupons cannot be stacked or combined with other offers.
- Expiry dates are shown when the coupon is applied.
