Exporting Your Data

Export conversation history, Knowledge Base entries, analytics reports, and account data.

Data Export

You own your data. Export it anytime in multiple formats.

Exporting Conversations

  1. Go to Conversations → Export.
  2. Set your date range (max 3 months per export for large accounts).
  3. Choose WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or both.
  4. Select format: CSV (for spreadsheet analysis) or JSON (for developer use).
  5. Click Download.

The CSV includes: conversation ID, customer phone/ID, channel, timestamp, message direction (inbound/outbound), and message text.

Exporting Your Knowledge Base

  1. Go to Knowledge Base → Export.
  2. Select CSV format.
  3. The file includes: entry ID, category, question, answer, last updated.
  4. Use this as a backup or to migrate content to another system.

Exporting Analytics Reports

  1. Go to Analytics → Export Report.
  2. Select the metrics you want (message volume, response rate, escalations, etc.).
  3. Choose PDF (for presentations) or CSV (for spreadsheets).
  4. Click Generate and Download.

Account Data Export (GDPR / DPDP Request)

For a full export of all personal data associated with your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Export All Data.
  2. Enter your password to confirm.
  3. A ZIP file with all your data will be emailed to your registered address within 24 hours.

Automated Exports

Professional and Enterprise plans can schedule automatic exports to Google Drive or email on a weekly or monthly basis. Configure this in Settings → Integrations → Scheduled Exports.
