Getting Started with ViViDlyPro

Complete first-time setup guide — account creation, dashboard tour, and making your first bot reply.

Welcome to ViViDlyPro

ViViDlyPro helps your business reply instantly to customer messages on WhatsApp and Instagram using an AI chatbot — no coding needed.

Step 1 — Create Your Account

  1. Go to portal-vividlypro.web.app and click Sign Up Free.
  2. Enter your business email, choose a strong password, and click Create Account.
  3. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link.
  4. Log in with your new credentials.

Step 2 — Complete Your Business Profile

After logging in, you'll be prompted to fill in your business details:

  • Business Name — this appears in your bot's greeting message
  • Business Category — helps the AI understand your industry context
  • Contact Number — for payment-related communications
  • Business Address — shown to customers who ask for your location

Step 3 — Explore the Dashboard

Your dashboard has these main sections:

  • Conversations — see real-time and historical chat logs
  • Knowledge Base — the information your bot uses to answer questions
  • Analytics — message counts, response rates, top questions
  • Team — invite and manage colleagues
  • Settings — plan, billing, API keys, webhook configuration

Step 4 — Connect a Channel

Go to Settings → Channels and connect either:

  • WhatsApp (requires Meta WhatsApp Cloud API access)
  • Instagram DM (requires Meta Business Suite with Instagram connected)

Step 5 — Add Your First Knowledge Base Entry

Go to Knowledge Base → Add Entry and type a question and answer. For example:

  • Q: What are your business hours?
  • A: We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM IST.

Step 6 — Test Your Bot

Use the Test Bot button in the dashboard to send a test message and see how the bot responds.

You're Live! 🎉

Once you're satisfied with the bot's responses, your chatbot is automatically active and will reply to incoming messages.
