The home screen shows a quick snapshot of today's activity:

  • Messages received today
  • Bot response rate
  • Active conversations
  • Quick links to frequently used sections

Conversations

Browse all customer chat threads. Filter by channel, status, date, or keyword. Click any conversation to see the full message thread. Use "Take Over" to reply manually.

Knowledge Base

Your bot's brain. Add, edit, delete, and organise all the information the bot uses. Import from CSV or scrape your website. Search and filter by category.

Analytics

Charts and tables showing your bot's performance over time. Export reports as CSV or PDF.

Team

Invite colleagues, manage roles, and see who has access to your account.

Settings

Profile — Your name, business name, logo.

Channels — Connect/disconnect WhatsApp and Instagram.

Bot — Persona, greeting messages, fallback message, business hours, response delay.

Billing — Current plan, invoice history, payment method, upgrade/downgrade.

Security — Change password, two-factor authentication.

Developer — API keys, webhooks, API documentation link.

Notifications — Email alert preferences.
