Managing Team Members

Invite colleagues, assign roles, and control who can view or edit your bot setup.

Team Member Management

Give your colleagues access to ViViDlyPro with appropriate permissions based on their role.

Available Roles

Admin

  • Full access to all features
  • Can invite and remove team members
  • Can change billing and subscription plans
  • Can connect or disconnect WhatsApp/Instagram channels

Manager

  • Can view and edit the Knowledge Base
  • Can view Analytics and Conversations
  • Cannot change billing or manage team members

Support Agent

  • Can view Conversations only
  • Can manually reply to conversations that have been escalated
  • Cannot edit Knowledge Base or view Analytics

Inviting a Team Member

  1. Go to Team → Invite Member.
  2. Enter their email address.
  3. Select their role (Admin / Manager / Support Agent).
  4. Click Send Invitation.

The invited person will receive an email with a link to create their account and join your team.

Managing Existing Members

From the Team page you can:

  • Change a member's role
  • Remove a member (revokes all access immediately)
  • Resend an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet

Plan Limits for Team Members

  • Starter plan: 1 Admin only (no additional members)
  • Professional plan: Up to 5 team members
  • Enterprise plan: Unlimited team members

Security Best Practice

  • Give agents only the minimum access they need
  • Remove team members immediately when they leave your organisation
  • Regularly review the Team page to check who has access
