Payments & Billing Policy
Effective: March 2026. This Payments Policy governs all financial transactions conducted via ViViDlyPro and is operated by ViViD Global Services through our authorized payment partner Razorpay.
1. Currency & Pricing
All subscription prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). The prevailing GST rate will be added to the displayed price at checkout. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom pricing via a separate written agreement.
2. Subscription & Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly auto-renewal basis. The billing cycle starts on the date of your first payment. Subsequent charges are processed automatically on the same date each month (or the nearest valid calendar day) using the payment method on file via Razorpay. You authorize ViViD Global Services to charge your stored payment method for the recurring subscription amount plus applicable taxes.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- Debit Cards and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Razorpay Wallet
- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS Bank Transfer (Enterprise only)
ViViD Global Services does not store your card details. All payment data is processed and secured by Razorpay in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Razorpay will automatically retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your account will be immediately suspended. API webhooks, AI services, and dashboard access will be disabled until the outstanding amount is settled. Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 60 consecutive days will be permanently terminated and all data deleted.
5. Tax Compliance (GST)
ViViD Global Services is registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India. An 18% GST will be applied to all subscriptions sold to customers in India. For GST-registered businesses, please provide your GSTIN at the time of purchase to receive tax-compliant invoices. Non-Indian customers may be subject to their own applicable taxes; ViViD Global Services bears no liability for non-Indian tax compliance on the customer's side.
6. Price Changes
ViViD Global Services reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time with a minimum 30-day advance notice via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Service after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing. If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
7. Invoices & Receipts
Automated invoices are issued by Razorpay on behalf of ViViD Global Services and sent to your registered email address after each successful payment. For custom invoices or additional billing documentation, contact billing@vividglobal.in.
8. No Liability for Payment Failures
ViViD Global Services is not liable for any losses or damages — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from payment processing failures, bank declines, network interruptions, Razorpay service outages, or any other payment infrastructure issue outside our direct control. It is your sole responsibility to ensure sufficient funds and a valid payment method on file.
