Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: March 2026. This Refund Policy is operated by ViViD Global Services. Please read it carefully before purchasing a subscription. By subscribing, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.

1. Free Trial Period

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period as specified at the time of registration (typically 14 days). During this trial, no payment is charged. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will be activated and the first billing charge will be processed automatically. You may cancel during the trial at any time with no charge.

2. General No-Refund Policy

ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a subscription payment has been processed — for a monthly or any other billing cycle — no refund, credit, or pro-rata adjustment will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unused days remaining in the subscription period.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI response quality.
  • Failure of third-party APIs (Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google).
  • Business closure, change of mind, or switching to a competitor.
  • Account suspension resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Technical issues that were not reported to our support team within 48 hours of occurrence.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

A refund request will be considered only in the following extremely limited circumstances and is entirely at the sole discretion of ViViD Global Services:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate billing due to a confirmed technical fault on our end).
  • The service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a single billing period due to a fault entirely attributable to ViViD Global Services (not third-party providers).

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@vividglobal.in within 7 days of the disputed charge. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered. ViViD Global Services' determination on all refund requests is final and binding.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting billing@vividglobal.in or through the in-dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days. After the period ends, your account will be downgraded and API/bot access will be disabled.

5. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of these Terms. In such cases, ViViD Global Services reserves the right to immediately terminate your account, report the dispute to Razorpay, and seek recovery of all amounts plus any chargeback fees through legally available means.

6. Limitation of Liability

ViViD Global Services' liability arising from any payment transaction shall be limited strictly to the amount of the disputed charge. Under no circumstances shall ViViD Global Services be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from payment processing or subscription management.
